For accessing and using data within the UNITE4TB Data Collaboration Platform (U4TB-DCP)
Terms and Conditions
As a member of the UNITE4TB project, I request access to data collected by the UNITE4TB Data Collaboration Platform (U4TB-DCP) for the purpose of the implementation of the Action and /or use of the data to the extent strictly required for the purpose of the Research Use of Results of the UNITETB project.
By requesting access to the U4TB-DCP, I agree to adhere to the terms and conditions as outlined within the current Consortium and Grant Agreements for the UNITE4TB project. The following articles in particular should be clearly read and understood within each of the aforementioned agreements.

Grant Agreement

24a | Beneficiaries are free to license, transfer or dispose ownership rights subject to the rights and obligations of both the Grant Agreement and Consortium Agreement. |

28 | The obligation to the exploitation of results for at least four years beyond the duration of the project (seven years). |
29 | Outlines the obligations for each beneficiary on the dissemination of results, open access to publications and data. |
31 | Outlines the rights and obligations for each beneficiary on access rights to results for beneficiaries, affiliates and third parties both during and after completion of the project. |
